If I had to reconnect them for any reason, I had to strategize which ones I had to disconnect first in order to reach my desired wire. You just put one end of a spliced wire into the inside of the plug. Before, speaker wires used to extend at an angle. I don't understand why amplifier manufacturers don't supply these with your purchase. Take the top off and start over if needed. Easy to use.
These are great.
And of course, I had to be careful that the wire's end didn't splay apart and touch other terminals.
And the best part.
The back of my amplifier looks so clean and organized now.
Screw the top on and you're done.
An annoyance I'm sure most of you have felt.
Now, connecting and disconnecting is basically a matter of plug and play.
They're reuseable.
I highly recommend them.
I connected these up to 10 GA speaker wire and they worked great. I do recommended them.
These plugs are especially useful if you have to make some running changes to your audio setup, since they come right off old speaker wires and easily install on new ones. Very good value for the price, and they work perfectly.
